LIMITED WARRANTY
Terms and Conditions of
Unless otherwise stated, for a period of twelve (12) months from the invoice date, KSB Industrial Services, Inc. will replace or credit the client account any component, which on our examination, proves to be defective. All warranties are non-transferable and void if any component has been tampered with, damage to due an act of God or used in any fashion that conflicts with the original manufacturer’s installation instructions, terms and conditions.
Any purchaser will indemnify KSB Industrial Services, Inc. and hold KSB Industrial Services, Inc. harmless from any damage whatsoever arising out of the use of items sold by KSB Industrial Services, Inc. in any manner that would render the above warranty invalid. KSB Industrial Services, Inc. shall not be held responsible for any expense including but not limited to, installation, removal, transportation, incidentals, exemplary, punitive or consequential damage(s), loss of profits or revenue, injury or death to any person or property caused by items of our sale.
KSB Industrial Services, Inc. total liability, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the invoiced purchase price of any defective item sold. KSB Industrial Services, Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, other than that set out above. Any purchaser also hereby acknowledges that KSB Industrial Services, Inc. sells new, used and/or refurbished items.
Due to the variety of products sold by KSB Industrial Services, Inc. and their broad range of applications, those responsible for the procurement, installation, application and/or use of purchased equipment must satisfy themselves that all components meet performance and safety requirements, including all applicable laws, regulations, codes and standards.
